Return and refund/exchange policy 

Returns
It is possible to return ordered products. We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days, after receipt of all ordered items, to submit a return request via mail. Afterwards, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) towards the address which is mentioned below. In the context of sustainability, the costs of returning a product are for your own account. 

 

To sign up for a return, please send an email (within 14 days after receipt of your item(s)) to info@kamisclothing.com which contains your name, your address, the order number, the product(s) to be returned and the corresponding product price and product size, your bank details, the receival/order date and the reason of return (not obligatory). You can also fill out the model revocation form and attach the form to your mail which states the return request, but you are not obliged to do so. Items that are sent back to us without informing us via a request for return will not be accepted. After sending out the request for return, please ship your item(s) within 14 days to the following address:

In addition, please send a proof of shipment to info@kamisclothing.com. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after requesting a return. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn, having the original tags attached, be in its original packaging and be free from any odours or (pet) hairs. We recommend you to track your return shipment or to acquire a delivery confirmation. In case you choose to not make use of a tracking option or secured shipping, KAMIS Clothing can not be made responsible for the package being lost.

 

As mentioned, you may ask for a return until the end of the 14th day. Does the 14th day fall on a weekend or a public holiday? Then the reflection period is extended and ends on the next working day. 

 

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. In case the item(s) has/have been returned in a good state, we will approve the return request. If approved, you’ll be refunded the original price of the item(s) and the original shipping costs. The refund is ideally transferred within a couple of days (with a maximum of 14 days after we have been notified of the return request). We will refund you via the same payment method with which you performed the original transactionPlease remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange
Do you want to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund? This is possible. Please contact us within 14 days after receipt of your order via info@kamisclothing.com and ask for the correct size, color and product. We will ship the replacing item towards the same customer address after receiving and approving the returned product(s). You do bear the costs for returning the product(s) yourself.

Damages, remarks and/or complaints

We care about our products and we do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it is possible that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Therefore, please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately via mail (info@kamisclothing.com) if an item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and correct it. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report complaints to us within two months of discovering the defect.
We will align with you on the best way forward via mail. In general, if the item is classified by us as damaged (with a cause that is not related to the customer) or wrongly sent (after inspecting it ourselves), you can return you item(s) and we will send a new item while also covering the transport costs.

 

If you have any other remarks, complaints or questions, feel free to reach out to us via the mail address info@kamisclothing.com. Complaints, submitted to us, will be answered within a period of 14 days, calculated from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, we will answer within the period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer.

 

We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@kamisclothing.com. However, since 15 February 2016, it is also possible for customers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
