KAMIS Clothing cares a lot about your privacy. Webhosting
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from JouwWeb. JouwWeb processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. JouwWeb has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. JouwWeb is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement.
Payment Processors
We use the platform Mollie to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or bank account credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also applies to Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie saves your data for no longer than is permitted by law.
Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of DPD, DHL or PostNL for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with DPD, DHL or PostNL. DPD, DHL or PostNL uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the case that DPD, DHL or PostNL makes use of subcontractors, then DPD, DHL or PostNL (can) make your data available to these parties.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 18 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 18. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. General purpose of the processing

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
KAMIS Clothing processes your personal data for the following purposes:

We handle the following retention period for personal data: 7 years (there is a need to store order related data for 7 years because that is the legal retention period for invoices). However, we might delete other personal data at an earlier moment in if possible.

JouwWeb ensure that our Google Analytics uses anonymous IP addresses and JouwWeb disabled that Google may use the data for other services. Therefore, no traceable data is processed. JouwWeb furthermore only places a functional cookie to check whether ODG-3600 is the owner of the website, this does not affect the privacy of our visitors.
Your rights
On the basis of the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights relating to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we send copies of your data only to the e-mail address which is already known to us. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation, to the e-mail address known to us, that the data is no longer processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to portability
You always have the right to have the data processing, of the data that specifically relates to your person or is traceable to you, be carried out by another party. You can make such a request to us via the mail. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies, to the e-mail address known to us, of all the data about you that we have processed or that is processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In such a case, it is likely that we will no longer be able to continue the service, because the safe linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
